Honestly, this fitness program is one of the my favorite program because sweat drills from your body and Shaun T pushes your limits. To do home workout fitness program, you don't need any equipment except space and Television to play the video. Insanity is more of cardio and less body building. This fitness program is suitable to both men and women who wants to loose weight and be in shape. I don't recommend this fitness program to the people who are suffering from the joint pains, spinal cord issues because these workouts involves lot of jumping and running.

Zumba Incredible Results

Zumba Incredible Results is one of the best home workout fitness program ever. With Zumba fitness program, you don't feel like you're working out, its all energetic music and motivation from the instructor.  Don't worry, if you don't know how to dance, all you need is following the instructor. That's it. This Zumba Incredible Results fitness program is suitable to both men and women.

P90X

P90X stands for the Power 90 eXtreme. P90X is next version of the P90 home workout fitness program. The best thing about the P90 series, this fitness program involves the both cardio and body building.
