Imagine you're are interviewer(usually manager or team lead) handling 20 members team in a XYZ company and you're looking to hire for a vacant ABC position in your team. Now, tell me what are skills that you're going to check:




Communication Skills
Manager won't consider how fluent you are, while speaking, he will only see how you are expressing with your confidence and what you are conveying. Main focus will be on how you are able to convey your message.

Attitude
Manager or an interviewer will ask questions related to how you react to different situation and analysing skills. Remember one thing, manager gives more importance to team work rather than individual performance.

Passion
Interviewer always look for job seeker who is passionate, eager to learn new things. A job seeker must show off that, he has a great passion and love towards the job(depending on their industry)

Do research
When the managers ask "Do you have any questions?". Never say No, write down few questions before attending for the interview. For this, research about the company in LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook and give your insights about the company. This will definitely help the job seeker to grab the attention of the manager. You will have more chances of getting selected and makes different from others.

Create a personal blog
There are hundreds of personal blogs platforms, list all the personal, professional, interests, future insights etc,. in it. Use any of those blogs to impress the manager and add the value to profile.

Study the Job description
Job seekers must go through job description and should be in a position to convince the Manager. Show off your strong points that relates to the job description. If you don't then you won't.

Don't be attached
Don't give diplomatic or personal answers whenever they ask "what is the most embarrassing moment". Be prepared for this answer, explain the most embarrassing situation and then tell them what you have learnt from them. Manager concludes that you did a mistake and learnt something from it.

Be on time
Be on time because first impression is best impression. You should make a plan of reaching the interview venue before 15 mins. Managers show interest in the people who are interested in job seekers who are disciplined. 

Dress code
You need to be dress up in formal though formal is not a dress code for the company. Apparel reflects an good impression on you.

Relax and Do well
Don't be in hurry in answering and never show that you want this job because of the financial problems. Don't give negative answers be positive.

Believe in yourself, make it better everyday! Remember nobody is perfect and even the manager.  No one can judge you within a time span of 30-45 mins.
